A builder/developer out of South West Florida wanted to review one of the floor plans they were stuck on with their architect. We reworked the plan for better use of space and a more luxurious vacation feel, providing the master suite with more space and privacy. In addition, we reworked the kitchen layout for better alignment of cabinetry and flow and reduced any awkward moments in the plan.

Jessica and her husband just closed on their new house and were looking to rework the plan minimally for a larger (closed) kitchen, office area in the front, and living in the back. We reviewed different furniture layout options for each space and other renovation potential for the future while covering different options based on the potential investment amount.

With a photo of the original floor plan, we came up with a new layout for the floor. A larger living room and kitchen, a good-sized walk-in pantry, a full-sized laundry room, and a craft/den area for her to play with her grand children.
