I only take on three projects a month, so booking holds your place in the queue. When you book, you’re reserving one of those limited spots—not just a time on my calendar. We’ll finalize your consult date once I’ve reviewed your materials to make sure I can give you the best possible feedback.

The deposit to hold your spot is $850. If we review your project and find that it’s not the right fit, we’ll refund you before moving forward with the consultation.

1–2 business days after booking, you’ll receive an email with a shared folder link to upload everything I need to review your project. This is where you’ll drop your drawings, photos, and notes so I can dive into the details before our call.

To move forward, all required materials must be submitted. If anything is missing, your project won’t be scheduled for review. Once we receive the materials we can schedule your 30 minute consult zoom call. During the call we'll review all of your materials and details about your project to get a better idea of exactly what your needs are. 

Required Materials

• PDF of your drafted floor plans and/or elevations

  • If you only have photos of older construction documents, that’s okay—they must be clear and include legible dimensions.

• PDF list of notes outlining your needs, priorities, budget range, and any cultural or construction-specific constraints

• Photos of the home or existing site (optional, but highly recommended)

• Inspiration images or reference styles (optional)

The more detail you provide, the more I can tailor the design to your goals. This service is all about thoughtful, realistic revisions, so a clear understanding of your needs makes all the difference.

We’ll meet for 30 minutes over Zoom to go over your plans, talk through what’s working and what isn’t, and discuss your vision in more depth. This is your chance to share everything you’ve been struggling with, bounce ideas around, and get real-time feedback from a design pro who gets it.

Two weeks after our call, you’ll receive revised drawings based on everything we discussed. Whether it's a new layout, an adjusted exterior, or both, the design will be clearly drafted so you can see how it all comes together.

My goal is always to create a solution that feels thoughtful, functional, and aligned with your vision. That said, home design often involves compromise. While I’ll do my best to incorporate everything you’ve shared, not every challenge can be solved within the constraints of space, structure, or budget. But I promise to move your design forward in a meaningful and clear direction.

As you fill out your brief, be sure to let us know how flexible you are with things like window placement, roof lines, ceiling heights, and existing structural walls. Knowing what can shift and what absolutely cannot helps me deliver a design that is truly tailored to you.

Once you’ve had time to sit with the design, you’ll have the chance to share your feedback. This is your moment to make sure everything aligns with your goals and how you want to live in the space. If something still feels off, I’ll make one round of thoughtful revisions based on your notes.

One week later, you’ll receive your final design files in both PDF and DWG formats. The PDF is perfect for easy viewing and sharing, while the DWG file is a CAD format your architect, builder, or design team can use to continue developing the project.

You’ll leave with a clear, professional design direction you can move forward with confidently.
