TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing this purchase, you agree to a 3-month minimum commitment for this subscription. Early cancellations will not be processed, and you will be charged for the full 3-month term. All sales are final and non-refundable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Member may cancel their Membership by notifying the Company in writing ([email protected]) at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle. Otherwise, Membership will auto-renew once a month under the original terms.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Rafi Inez, LLC
This Agreement is entered into by and between you ("Member") and Rafi Inez, LLC ("Company") (collectively, the "Parties," or in the singular, "Party") for the purpose of Member enrolling in the Company's subscription-based professional design community, Design Coaching Club (the "Membership"). This Agreement becomes effective upon completion of the checkout process.

Scope of Membership

Depending on the selected tier, Membership includes:

  • Access to live and/or pre-recorded critique sessions

  • Participation in a private online design community

  • Access to design-related content, including but not limited to workshop recordings, resources, and templates

The level of access is tier-based and outlined during the checkout process.

Membership Terms

Upon enrollment, the Member will receive access to Design Coaching Club materials via the Company’s selected platform(s). Access continues for as long as the Member remains in good standing with monthly dues.

  • Each Member receives one license to access Membership content.

  • Content may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed to third parties.

  • Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and grounds for termination of access without a refund.

Monthly Membership Fees

The Member agrees to be billed monthly at the rate selected during enrollment. The payment processor will securely store billing information. The Member authorizes recurring payments unless cancellation occurs according to the terms of this Agreement.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or removal from the Membership. It is the Member's responsibility to update payment information if needed.

A 3-month minimum commitment is required. After this term, Membership may be canceled with proper written notice.

Termination & Cancellation Policy

  • The Members may cancel the Membership by emailing info@rafiinez.com at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Membership automatically renews unless canceled within this window.

  • The Company may terminate Membership at its discretion for violations of terms or misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials shared within Design Coaching Club are the intellectual property of Rafi Inez, LLC. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal and professional development only.

Confidentiality

Members agree not to share or disclose confidential business practices, design critiques, or community discussions outside of the Membership.

Assumption of Risk

The Member assumes full responsibility for the use and implementation of all information and guidance provided. The Company offers no guarantees of specific outcomes.

Professional Disclaimer

All content is educational and intended for professional development. It is not financial, legal, or psychological advice.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update these terms. Members will be notified of changes.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Acknowledgment

By completing the checkout process, Member acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Inspiration & Growth – Stay engaged with fresh content and discussions tailored to home designers.
