Program Duration & Access
The Masterclass Program is an 8-week educational experience. Upon enrollment, participants will have access to all program content for the full 8 weeks, plus an additional 3 weeks after the program concludes. After this period, access to the course portal and any associated materials will expire.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the program and limited spots available, all sales are final and non-refundable. No partial refunds will be granted for missed sessions or early withdrawal.

Content & Intellectual Property
All program content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, slide decks, worksheets, recordings, and supplemental materials, are the intellectual property of Rafi Inez, LLC. Participants are granted a single-use, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal and professional development. Content may not be shared, duplicated, sold, or distributed to third parties.

Technology Requirements
Accessing the program content and live sessions requires a stable internet connection and a device capable of video streaming. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure proper access.

Conduct & Participation
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all group calls, discussions, and online forums. Rafi Inez, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

No Guarantees
Participation in the Masterclass Program does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including business growth, financial success, or design proficiency. Results will vary depending on individual effort and application.
